> Retail orders over $50 dollars will receive FREE shipping!

> NOTE: Any shipping costs over the actual shipping + modest handling costs, will be refunded (in a timely manner), to your method of payment, after your order is placed.

> Do you live near Floyd, Va? We offer local pickup! Prepaid online orders are available for pickup on Fridays and Saturdays 4 - 6. Contact us to make arrangements.

> NOTE: Due to size, all wholesale orders are shipped at actual (current) shipping costs.

> Sorry, we no longer ship internationally.  

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION:

> Most of our products are shipped First Class Mail or USPS PRIORITY Mail within 3 - 7 business days after your order is placed. Please see each individual listing for our current turnaround times as shipping times may vary due to size, etc;  Customized and Bulk orders will be given their own turnaround times for delivery.  

> ALL U.S. orders are shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so that you can track your items. With delivery confirmation, we know exactly when your order is delivered to you.  Soapbirds cares that you receive your order in a timely manner! 

> INSURANCE: 

If you like, you may purchase additional insurance for your package to ensure safe delivery. CUSTOM ORDERS: If you would like additional insurance added to your item, please contact us before you make your purchase so that we can add the appropriate insurance fees. We recommend insurance for any purchases over $50. Soapbirds is NOT responsible for your items once they leave our studio.

> All items will be shipped to the address used in your transaction. Please contact us within 2 hours of your order if you have a different address preference for your order.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

While we might be able to help you to resolve a shipping problem, we can not be held liable for items that are damaged or LOST during mailing.  Please consider purchasing insurance for your items AND always contact the appropriate Postal Service first to resolve any issues with shipping.
